14-day money-back guarantee
Neroxyn (operated by NeroxynLabs) offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on every Pro subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, you can either:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Email support@neroxyn.com with your order ID and we'll start the refund for you.
What happens next
Once the refund is approved, Paddle returns the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank. Your Pro access ends as soon as the refund is issued.
Cancellations without a refund
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Settings page (or via the Paddle customer portal). If you cancel outside the 14-day window, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period and are not charged again.
