Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Neroxyn ("the Service"), operated by NeroxynLabs ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Neroxyn is a SaaS tool that generates tool-aware prompts for third-party AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Seedance, Sora, Pika, and others). We don't host or operate those AI models — we forge the instructions you paste into them.

3. Accounts

You must be 13 or older (16 in the EU). You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One person, one account.

4. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan includes 5 prompt forges per day, capped at 30 per calendar month. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC daily and on the 1st of each month (UTC). Pro is a paid subscription at $12 USD per month with unlimited forges and additional features. Full pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle handles billing, taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) and chargebacks. Your bank statement will show "Paddle.net* Neroxyn". You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings at any time. 6. Acceptable use

You may not use Neroxyn to generate prompts intended to:

Produce child sexual abuse material, non-consensual sexual content, or content that sexualizes minors.
Harass, threaten, dox, or incite violence against real people.
Generate deceptive deepfakes of real people without their consent.
Build malware, spam systems, or tools that violate third-party AI providers' terms.
Infringe copyright, trademark, or other IP rights.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the briefs you submit and the prompts we forge for you. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. We do not train AI models on your inputs or outputs.

8. Our content

The Service itself — UI, code, brand, documentation — is owned by Neroxyn and protected by IP law. Don't copy or resell it.

9. Third-party AI providers

Output from third-party AI models you paste our prompts into is governed by those providers' own terms. We're not responsible for what ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc. generate or for any output's accuracy.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for high uptime but offer no SLA on the Free plan. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.

11. Termination

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs from AI tools can be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable — you're responsible for reviewing them before use.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where required, otherwise by the laws applicable to our Merchant of Record (Paddle.com Market Limited, Ireland for EU customers; Paddle.com Inc., Delaware for US customers).
